convenient location and a tasty breakfast
great location friendly staff delicious breakfast
The location was great, close to many attractions. I could easily walk to most places. the staff was cute and friendly. i found the breakfast delicious. There was a good range of options available. the room was quite nice.
The bathroom layout was not well planned. The space for the toilet felt cramped. there was little room for movement. i think this needs a redesign.

The location proved quite convenient. The attractions are within reach. The included breakfast offered adequate options. I particularly enjoyed the waffle selection. The fitness room was a plus. I used the available equipment.
I encountered a minor issue with the room's temperature regulation. It was difficult to maintain a consistent, comfortable setting.

friendly staff day trips central location
i found the staff very accommodating i was traveling solo and wanted to go on day trips using local buses i had no knowledge of the buses and the reception staff researched routes and payment methods for me the breakfast filled a hole. the hotel is located very close to the city centre and there are leaflets in the reception area with local attractions.

the room was large and equipped with an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. breakfast had variety there was available food and a waffle maker was provided for the kids. the location is good.

the staff were friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. the breakfast team did not stop. they helped me a lot with directions and other queries that i had at the hotel.

the hotel is in a fantastic location close to the main shopping street. it is just off the main shopping street and it is a short walk from many great town center restaurants. the shambles is a two minute walk.

I found the room clean and modern. the staff were friendly. the location proved central. It was quite close to many attractions.
I booked a room with a landmark view but it faced a demolition site. It was a bit disappointing. i probably won't return due to this.
